Game boots, start a new game, cutscene plays and then it hangs on 2 frames, repeating, and cannot proceed. An endless loop.

Steps to reproduce: Open Emulator. Boot Game. Start new game.

Extra notes: Default settings.

Retest (commit d4f8338): Goes in game — graphical glitches with dynamic objects and cutscenes that don't sync properly.
